    Use of films or any other material upon the windscreen or the side windows is impermissible in law w.e.f 4th May, 2012.

    The hon'ble supreme court stated "we prohibit the use of black films of any VLT percentage or any other material upon the safety glasses, windscreens (front and rear) and side glasses of all vehicles throughout the country."

    Hello, people. This thought occurred to me when I myself saw how the ration shops in Chennai city are being functioned. There is one person who does all the billing and gives the receipt to the concerned person for which there's one long queue. After the billing has been done, the people have to stand in another long queue with their respective receipts in order to get their food items which is being weighed, transferred and packed by just one person all by himself. It takes an average of at least 5 mins per person and I myself have seen that particular person getting engaged in other casual conversations or talking over the phone making all the people wait under the sun as you all know that ration timing is from morning 8 - 12 ( correct me if I'm wrong), the very fact being, all these people have to stand under the sun bearing the scorching heat. ...
