I have been a prompt Income tax payer every year and file returns through Auditor. On many years I had to pay excess tax and claim refunds during subsequent years. For the past some years even though my auditor filed refund returns, I do not get refunds and I even forgot that I have dues from IT deptt. Kindly inform way out.
