i have some ancestral land in Uttranchal with some shops built over it.

I want to build over that another story.The naksha was passed in 1975 for 2 stories.Only one story was built.

The Naksha has to be renewed now.

But when i submitted the naksha to the district administration it replied that in Govt record (KHATAUNI ) , the land is marked as NAZOOL or LEASED in the year 1960.

CAN THROUGH THE RTI I GET FROM ADMINISTRATION THE DOCUMENT WHICH IS HE BASIS FOR DECLARING THE LAND AS NAZOOL OR LEASED??

Please advice.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
