ABN AMRO Credit Cards: The Company Values-II

Continuing my earlier blog http://www.bighelpers.org/forum/blog...ny-values.html, I applied for the card without actually going into who's who. The agents collected my card from my office, and I got the confirmation call. I was happy to experiment with a new card named 'ABN AMRO Credit Card', though I already had existing plethora of cards.
Unfortunately the trouble started when I got an email from ABN AMRO that my application has been rejected because I did not meet the credit policy of their Bank.
Here is the email I received from them:
Though it stated, it's an automated message, I thought to talk with the automated machine with a bleek hope of getting a reply.
My prime worry at that time was:
As my personal details were floating around with credit card companies, I suspected sleepless calls from agents offering me credit cards, and I wanted to secure my information as fast as possible.
So I wrote back to the automated mail:
26th February 2008:
To this next day I got the prompt reply:
As you can see that I cannot be satisfied with this response, so I wrote them back on 27th Feb 2008 itself:
The card service responded to me on 29th Feb 2008
First time a Human appeared after so many replies from cardservice. I wonder if it was in fact human

Not satisfied with the partial and and superficial reply to cover up most of my questions I wrote back the same day:
Again cardservice came to reply to this:
I have many months to continue this blog series, as ABN AMRO always obliged me with staggered replies, hoping for my short term memory...

I want to proceed legally on to this issue and request you to provide me with the requisite information. If the need be, I can provide you with the mobile and other telephone numbers, the number of times I was called and the nature of conversation. I am sure you would be having all this information with you already.
