reliance Broadnet: Never User it

Reliance Broadnet, my personal experience says not to use it.
Continuing from my previous experience in the blog where the reliance continued to reply by not resolving my issue, here is the further correspondence.
Not hearing from them I wrote again on 16th August:
and again after few hours:
After some hours I got this reply:
Some thoughts:
1. From 3rd August 2008, Reliance disconnected my services pending high usage....Why did they not inform that?
2. Even because of mistake of Reliance for not resolving online bill payment issue, why did they not restore the services
3. On 13th August 2008, on due date I made the payment through cheque, but found that my services were not restored.
4. On confirmation found that I again need to pay 1310/- because I had exceeded the limit of my quota.
5. When my monthly plan is 1500/- per month, it means every 15 days my telephone would be barred from usage because of high unbilled usage....
I am waiting for my restoration, so that I disconnect my reliance services.
Really a bad policy and bad service provider....
Will update when I finally get the disconnection.

I called up again in the evening today your support desk who gave me the password over phone today on 16th August 2008. Thank You for all your support and help.
I have further requests:
1. I had paid the earlier bill on due date of Rs. 1848/-
2. My services still not restored which was disconnected 15 days back.
3. Customer help desk informed to pay 1310/- for unbilled amount for restoration. I had paid online the amount of Rs. 1310/-
4. I request you to kindly disconnect and stop my services from immediate effect and I do not want to continue using the reliance services anymore.
