Reliance Broadnet: worst broadband service I have come across

Continuing my earlier blog about my continued correspondence with Reliance customer care, here is the brief:
This is the email just received today from customer help desk:

I wonder, when will I get fair dealing from the company....
The earlier blog regarding reliance connection:
- I took Reliance broadnet on 19th July 2008 and uptill 16th August 2008, I had paid them Rs 3178/- without making a single call from the phone.
- From 3rd August 2008, my connection has been barred due to crossing of credit limit.
This is the email just received today from customer help desk:

With reference to your mail regarding "Payment related", we would like to inform you that the payment of Rs.1877.20 is reflecting in our system.
Further to inform you that there is no any due amount in your account.

I called up again in the evening today your support desk who gave me the password over phone today on 16th August 2008. Thank You for all your support and help.
I have further requests:
1. I had paid the earlier bill on due date of Rs. 1848/-
2. My services still not restored which was disconnected 15 days back.
3. Customer help desk informed to pay 1310/- for unbilled amount for restoration. I had paid online the amount of Rs. 1310/-
4. I request you to kindly disconnect and stop my services from immediate effect and I do not want to continue using the reliance services anymore.
Would you care to reply to it?

| | I was also fade up with RELIANCE NET CONNECTION. I have switched to BSNL. However my appeal to the appellate authority for gujarat under consumer redressal mechnisam is still pending since last 10 months. Wrong bills are a big headache with reliance. |
