I observe that you are also a member of our sister-site RTI India. AT RTI India, a lot of discussions have taken place on the matter of EPF. Kindly go through them so that you can have a clear idea of how to proceed further. The following are the links:
1. How can RTI help me? - Right to Information (esp posts 2 & 4)
2. All threads with the tag, Provident Fund

I left the company as per notice period but they want me to continue for another month. They have stopped my clearance and settlement and along with EPF. When i followed up with HR Head, than they said that you have done our loss during your tenure of so much money. So pay ur money first than all the things will be processed. When i asked him to give me the detail of what type of loss and how...there is no such reply till date..
