|  EPFO Withdrawl I have submitted my EPF Withdrawl form to My last company (Delphi) in Feb'07 and they have not been processed till date... what should i do now |

| Re: EPFO withdrawl form not processed by the company Thanx but forms is still pending with the company(Delphi) and they have not processed for withdrawl and i have mailed so many times to company but they are not responding. |

| Re: EPFO Withdrawl I left the company as per notice period but they want me to continue for another month. They have stopped my clearance and settlement and along with EPF. When i followed up with HR Head, than they said that you have done our loss during your tenure of so much money. So pay ur money first than all the things will be processed. When i asked him to give me the detail of what type of loss and how...there is no such reply till date.. |
