Real Name: s.s.mahendrakumar Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 Provided Answers: 1 | 1)write a registered letter to the company at their new address demanding the salary dues . 2) wait for about 2-3 weeks for their reply. 3) If you are not satisfied with their reply/response,approach the labour office under whose jurisdiction,your employer comes. 4) If nothing comes out of 1,2and 3 above,the option available is filing a case at a civil court,which is a time consuming process. depending upon the amount involved,take a decision. |

Real Name: K K GUPTA Downloads: 0 Uploads: 0 | Pls go through her letter of appointment with the company first and verify its legitimate or not by consulting a good lawyer. If it is legally good, you can write to the comapny Head requesting them to pay the salary WITH INTEREST for the delay. You have to send them 2-3 reminders, may be once every week. Then you should send them a notice thro' a registered lawyer that you are going to file a special civil case against them for non payment of salary. About the involvement of Labour Office, i am not very sure whether its under their jurisdiction and even if it is whether they would interfere in these matters. bye |
