Hi,Can any one enlight up on the power given to the administrator appointed by the deputy registrar of co-operative housing societies where there is no managing committee in the society.Seems deputy registrar is also hand in glows with the redeveloper as he does not reply any letter in this matter. not even under
RTI act-2005. I know an evnt where the administrator signed an agreement whith the redeveloper without asking the residents of the society. not only that but he also registered the agreement and the registration fee is paid by the redeveloper. The society is consisting of twenty flats but he registered a list saying that there are twenty flats and one commercial shop of 300sq.ft. area totaling to twenty one premises in the society. The society belongs to the backward people and the land is given by the collector. The entire power of transfer of flat is with the director, social welfare department, Maharashtra state, Pune. Will the agreement with the redeveloper consider legal? If not, what is the way out? Majority of the residents more than 70% are against of the redeveloper.Early reply in this regards will be highly appreciated by the residents of the society.
