Hi,
I am a new user of this forum so if my question is previously asked then please point me to that thread. I have flat in Pune and its almost 1.5 yrs since its completion and yet builder has not formed society. my questions are

1) Is it good to have single building's society formation or all building's society formation in builder's project?
2) Last week only builder drawn lines for parking space and in order to adjust corner parking from sun he gave me less area than corner person's parking area. Is there any specific rule for getting any particular area for parking? How can I deal this problem? should I complain now to builder or wait till society is formed and then raise this issue to society committee?
3) Is there any reference/website/document where I can find Maharashtra Ownership Flat Act?
