I would like to know 3 things :

> 1) I am the committee member of the society called Gautam krupa, mumbai Our Society's treasurer is selling his flat & he will be resigning from his post after 10 days as all his deal is final, under these circumstance as per mcs act 1960 can a chairman of the co-operative Housing Society has the power to elect a treasurer for temporary basis for 6 months or what is the other option ?

> 2) In our society one of our flat member has taken a flat on leave licence basis in the same building & he has kept the family saying that they are his relatives (cousin).so can you plz tell me whether Society can demand for Police verification (NOC)as there is a rule in our society that for l& l agreement copy & police verification copy is must for l&l basis.can a society charge a penalty on non-submission of the said documents if yes then how much penalty can a society charge ?

> 3) if a flat member has taken a flat on l&l basis for 5 months in his name. can he keep his relative in that flat which is given ol & l basis.if yes then can a society ask for police verification (NOC)?
