| Recently, I came to know that the fee for a new connection has been increased to 15000/- (Fifteen thousand). How can a public utility company, raise the connection fee, that too for domestic connection. Is there any regulatory authority, like TRAI, DERC (for Delhi), who can control and question them ? Views/suggestions/Comments are expected/awaited. |

| Even I had applied for PNG in Delhi from Indraprastha gas. The co. started the installation process and got their meters, pipeline etc. installed some time ago. In between they stopped the work and asked for additional amount saying the deposit amount and connection charges have been hiked. Our PNG connection is non-functional and the co. does not have a good complaint redressal system.... I'm in a fix!!! Regards, nmangla |
