How can I withdraw PF from company PF Trust. Considering that my relieving from the company was not proper (Worked for almost 2 years with a company and left last year but relieving was not proper hence I do not have relieving letter). But I have FORM 16 etc. issued by the company.

Can a company hold the PF of an employee on any ground??

In case you did't have problem with previous company you can meet them personally and request for the same even then if they are not issuing the same you can send them a legal notice asking them the reasons for not issuing the same.For more info you can also visit our sister concern www.rtiindia.org and visit the thread/posts regarding the P.F.
