Can some one tell me whether there is any time limitation to challenge Magistrate's orders? If so how much time? Where to appeal Sessions or HC?

Ur question seems to be incomplete and therefore not easy to answer. usually limitation is 30 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order. U have to appeal before the Sessions court.

Out of the 4 acused, the Hon Magistrate issued summons to only the 1st. He brought a stay in hon HC, dragged the case and then died. Can we appeal for issuing summons against 3 others? I think it was not a final order, because they haven't got the copy of the HC dismissal of his petition (after death) order. victim
