| You can vail this change from any of the Insurance Agent nearby your jurisdiction. Even, you can collect it after due payment from ny one of the branches of LIC-India. ICICI,TATA-AIG,Baja Alliance,UNIT TRUST,SBI-Life etc known as 'Ready Reckener' or Premium Calculation Book. |

If it is connected with insurance intitute of india, you can get the same by contacting their local representatives at the divisional offices of lic of india. |
