Need Help marriage and divorce

Dear Sir,
I filed a complaint under the Domestic Violance Act againt in laws,court has granted compensation of Rs 9000/ but instead of paying he filed appeal on the ground that he is unemployed and factory is owned by his younger brother. However before the marriage my father in law, brohter in law and husband told that he is manufacturer of car accessaories and own a factory at Mayapuri, New Delhi. And prior to marriage the factory premises was visited by my brother. I need help that how could i prove that he is the owner of factory and showing himself unemployed just to avoid maintenance.

Couple of ways you can prove that he can pay the granted compensation are:

Get factory name and then find out how much that company has shown:

a) Turnover and other details from ROC (Registrar of Companies)
b) List of directors and main employees from ROC
c) Turnover as shown on VAT returns of the factory
b) Income of your husband as in the returns for Income Tax
e) Any other major expense that you can prove has been incurred by him
(like purchase of car, property, etc.)

Thanks for the reply. But I want to know that from where i can get the certificate of registraton, or income tac return of the factory.?

Whenever you were wife of some one you may know sa many activities of your husband. Definately your husband will have some status in factory and filling return of income tax. You may know bank account humber of your husbnad and it is easy to get statement of Bank Account. There are so many ways to rpove it.
