I want to know how much do i need to pay if i want to register both the vehicles in Pune .

I want your help and guidance in the foll. matter. I have already posted in the Big helpers in Sept 2009. I have not received any repsonse as yet.



Flat officially allotted to me through SRA has been forcibly encroached by another person, So I had approached the SRA who investigated and declared I am the rightful owner of this flat, but the matter is prolonging here and no action has been taken yet to remove that person out of my flat. Though I regularly go and follow up with the Assistant Collector of SRA where the matter is now pending. Please advise me what I should do for speedy action in this matter and get my flat back

i am staying in a 20 members co-op. hsg. soc. since around 16-17 years. my flat was owned by my brother we r all staying 2gether. 8-9 years before my brother shifted to another flat and given a application to soc. that transfer the flat to my name and also given me a POA (power of attorny) for the flat and since i am paying the maintenance charges & all kind of taxes. now around 15 soc. members are interested to make me chairman of the soc. but the present secretary is saying that can not become chairman. because flat is not on your name. pls. guide me what i have to do. because present secretary is not working properly. present comitte not taken AGM since last 3 yrs. even not ready to show audit reports. Buildings dranage system is complately damaged. i want to do something better for my soc. pls. help.
