My sister constructed a house at pallavaram and trying to get the patta approval for last 2 years thru brokers but none worked(just wasted the money going thru them)..Frustrutated by calling them but we are still in the same place as were 2 years before.. Now my question is what application do we need to submit in the municipal office and is there a way to get the work done without these brokers? Please share your knowledge and experience. we really want to get this done asap.. Thanks |
