Real Name: Sivagurunathan Provided Answers: 1 | You can contact the Registrar of Societies, Nanded regarding change of Head of Office. Since it is a charitable trust, you have to get clearance on yearly auditing. Whether you made any provision/amendment in the bye-law of trust in connection with change of address/head of office? However, either profitable or non-profitable trust, the trust has to submit their formal returns through approved audit personnel for every year. |
