Is it possible , as per bye laws of Society , that any representative ( wife , son , daughter in law ) of a flat owner , can occupy the position of Treasurer or Secretary , based on a N.O.C given by the owner of the flat . Iam told that this can be done and members residing in soc . need not give their consent above the appointment of Secetary / Treasurer . Plz help |
