Dear Sir,

I have a DDA janta flat in Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. My tenant is a lady who filed many DR cases in tees hazari court in the Honourable Judge Mr. Amit Kumar ji Additional Rent Controller. Honourable judge dismiss her few cases on the ground of rate of rent. But he passed u/s 15(1). now she deposit the rent in the court. I came to know that she has alternate accomodation in my neighbourhood. I got the information her ration card from Ration office through RTI ACT 2005. Now i filed a case through my counsel u/s 14(1) (h) which was not decided by Shri Amit Kumar ji ARC, TEES HAZARI COURT, NEW DELHI. He suggested without evidence of petitoner and respondent he will not decide the case. Now this case will transfer in Patiala HOuse in the court of Shri Kuldeep Narayan ARC, PHCOURT, New Delhi.

I also filed the case in Tribunal against the order of Shri amit Kumar Ji A.R.C.,

I want to know that whether i will win the case on the basis of her ration card at another place. She has now two places.

Is any Judgement passed by Honourable Delhi High court / supereme court on the basis of ration card. Please suggest the website, case no. year of the decision.

Please help me, I lost a lot of money, peace of mind, time, social network, social life and lot of things in these litigants.
