Need to know who becomes culprit if someone gets indulge in Street Fights, e.g if while riding my bike, if I go and bang on some one else bike, its understood I am culprit, but then if the opposite rider starts hiting alongwith his other friends who becomes culprit, how resolve it without fighting?

Most of the times such street fights can be avoided if the culprit admits his mistake and agrees to pay compensation if required. Of course, things will depend on the nature of accident and attitude of the opposite party.

This is an hypothetical question and cannot be answered because both sides will say that it was the mistake of the other party . The other day a Car came suddenly from a side road at good speed on the main road and hit my car from the side . He apologised and paid up Rs 1000 promptly . There are no hard and fast solutions to these -once in a life time -kind of problems . If the other party is misbehaving, best is to leave and get the claim settled from insurance co.
