Postpaid to prepaid connection

Hi all,
I had prepaid connection from Hutch now Vodafone with minimum usage of say 150/- a month.The Vodafone convinced me to go far postpaid since my usage is less but they have been charging a minimum of 250 every month for a year now.
In the radio I heard a propaganda by Govt. of India in April that the service provider should allow us to switch back to prepaid. I inquired Vodafone now, they are telling me that the paper work is not ready etc. Feels like a rip off. How should I proceed?

The first thing is to send the email describing the details in writing. Confirm the publicized customer case email of the vodafone.

As you are in Bangalroe you need to put mail to following with your requirement. just forget about that happen earlier. just put your number and give your requirement.
